Dear brothers and sisters,
Below are two links from a Vietnamese website which had posted the thorough report and letter calling for help, both of which were written by a one of our monastic brothers in Bat Nha to the high venerables of Lam Dong Province. We are working to have English translation available soon.

My thoughts and prayers to you. I will help in any way I can. What actions can we take from outside your country?
My thought are on sending you loving, peaceful energy to help give you strength and courage. I am passing the word everywhere I can.
With love,
Vivian Martinez
To my Brother Monks & Sister Nuns,
We are here in the United States, watching, seeing you from the inside…inside our very selfs. I will drink water today, for you, that your thirst may be quenched, and the stregth it gives, flows to you. As long as you are in strife, and not allowed to practice your beliefs, so are we. In solidarity, you are not alone, and may our prayers be heard for a timely agreement, so you may receive the basic nourishment of water & food. With a bow, Laurel “skillful service of the heart”
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Remember you are not alone. I am in Canada here for you. Look up at the sky, the birds and touch the earth. Conditions are impermanent and pass like clouds. Know that you are loved even when others do and say terrible things. True nature is always available. Listen for water, be silent and illuminate your goodness. I know that it will improve. So many around the world are here for you.
May you be peace, may you be happiness
Smile
Love,
Karen
